- Your phone number will be placed on the yard sign and on the websites,
so you will have all the buyer leads funneled to you.

Writing the Contract
- Once you find a buyer and agree to terms of the sale, we will sit down
and write the entire contract with you.
- We explain the entire contract to make sure all parties involved
understand it, so you don’t have to worry about the buyer not
completing the deal.
Working the deal from Contract to Closing
- Now that you have the buyer you will be plenty busy planning the
move, so we take the hassle out of getting the deal to close.
- We will forward the contract to a closing company of your
choice, get the title work ordered, help the buyer find an inspector
if desired,
and correspond with the lenders to make sure the whole process is as
smooth and easy as it can possibly be.
- We also provide you with a check list with everything that
needs to be done before closing including important phone numbers you
will need
to change your utilities, so you won’t have to worry about forgetting
something.
